Repair Quotes
Upon receiving your graphics card, we will diagnose it and email you a quote. Please note that the quote is an estimate and not a guarantee of the repair cost. On occasion, we may identify a new fault after resolving the initial issue. Here's an example:
Example: You send in a graphics card due to a No Fan spin issue, and your computer doesn't start when the graphics card is plugged in. After diagnosis, we identify a shorted MOSFET. Once we replace the shorted MOSFET, we discover artifacts/unclear images on the screen. Further diagnosis reveals a faulty VRAM BGA chip.
The VRAM chip issue only becomes apparent after we fix the MOSFET issue. We will then provide you with an updated quote, along with the reasons for the change. In such cases, we require your consent to proceed with the repair. If you choose not to proceed, there will be a minimum charge for our efforts, and we will inform you of this amount in the updated quote.
Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping cost for both delivery and return. You have the flexibility to choose any shipping service or company that offers a tracking number. For further details on shipping, please refer to our Repair Terms and Conditions.
Please be aware, when shipping your GPU the shipping rates will depend on the size of the package. Weight is secondary. Please check with your local postal service the actual rate for shiping to and from Dubai, UAE. Please ensure that your GPU is well packed to safegaurd from mishandling during shipping.
NO FIX Graphics Cards.
In certain instances, we may diagnose your graphics card with a fault that exceeds the card's value or renders it irreparable. These cards are categorized as NO FIX. You have the option to request the return of the card or to authorize us to dispose of the graphics card for you, free of charge. For more inform information refer to FAQ
Payments
We exclusively accept payments in cash or via Bank transfer if you are in the UAE and PayPal for all other countries. Prior to the GPU being shipped back, the invoiced amount must be paid in full.
