GRAPHICS CARD REPAIR (GPU SOLUTIONS FZ-LLC)/ SERVICE AGREEMENT

1. DISCLAIMER
1.1 Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) will only perform and provide repairs, and upgrades as requested by the customer. Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) will conduct honest, reasonable, and considerate services. The goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
1.2 Graphics Card repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your graphics Card cannot be repaired (Examples: Age of Graphics Card, repair/replacement parts obsolete, memory chips, motherboards, cost of replacement parts etc.)
1.3 The length of time required to service/repair your graphics card cannot be predicted. The standard repair timeline is 20 day up to 30 days from the day of receipt. Priority repair timeline is 1 day up to 5 days. If there is any change in the timeline you will be notified by email and other modes of communication.
1.4 You authorize the technician(s) providing the service or repair to install the necessary BIOS on the graphics card bios chip to perform the required services.

2. BILLING TERMS
2.1 Graphics Card services/repairs are billed as stated on the service order provided. Charges will be calculated based on the work initiated to service / repair the graphics card.
2.2 An estimate of the cost for work will be provided before performing graphics card services/repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed.
2.3 In the case that there is an unforeseen deviation, beyond the above estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop at the estimated limit.
2.4 In the case that you cannot be reached, work will stop until contact is established. Once reached, your decision to continue or stop will be honored by Graphics Card Repairs(GPU Solutions FZ-LLC).
2.5 If the card is deemed as NO FIX a minimum repair attempt fee (Diagnostics Fee) of AED 100 for customers in UAE and USD 40 for customers outside UAE is applicable. (see para 7)
2.6 If you have opted for Priority Service and your graphics card is deemed as NO FIX, Priority Service Fee (AED 100 or USD 40) and Diagnostics Fee (AED 100 or USD 40) is applicable. (see para 7)
2.7 Zero Service fee is only applicable on parts purchased from Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC). This includes Thermal Pads and Graphics Card Fans. If parts are not purchased from Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) service fee is applicable. Request a Quote for the applicable fee.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs.
3.2 Graphics Card parts and hardware that are ordered or special ordered must be paid in advance.
3.3 Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) accepts cash and Bank Transfers only for customers in UAE and PayPal for all customers outside UAE.

4. LIABILITY
4.1 Service(s) are provided in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the Graphics Card(s) for which you request such service(s).
4.2 Your graphics Card will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your Graphics Card, not damage it.
4.3 In the case of accidental damage to your Graphics Card or damage caused by already existing problems in your Graphics Card such as short/burnt components or hardware problems/failures, You agree to hold Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC), and any person(s) associated with Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) or involved in the work being done for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems.

5. SUPPORT
5.1 Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance.
5.2 All services will be conducted in a professional, reasonable and timely manner. Also, taking into consideration the circumstances and nature of the technical problems.

6. REPAIRS & SERVICE GUARANTEE
6.1 All services and repairs / Part Replacements are guaranteed for 90 days from the completion/delivery date of the Service Order. The 90-day warranty only applies to the parts replaced by Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC). It does not apply to the same problem caused by other faulty components on the graphics card not detected / not faulty during the repair/diagnosis process.
6.2 If later found that the service or repair was incorrectly diagnosed by the technician. Then Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) will perform the repair/service free of any labor charge. New parts installed will be charged to the customer.

7. NO FIX GRAPHICS CARDS.
7.1 There may be instances where your graphics card may be diagnosed with a fault and the cost of repair is more than the value of the card or the card is badly damaged/broken/faulty beyond repair.
7.2 You decided to stop the repairs due to high repair costs but not exceeding the value of the card.
7.3 You decided to stop the repairs as you changed your mind.

8. ESTIMATES / QUOTES and CHARGES
8.1 Free Estimates / Quotes. All repair estimates or Quotes are free. (See para 2.2, 2.3, and 2.4 above)
8.2 Diagnostic Fee: This fee is applicable if the graphics cards are diagnosed as NO FIX (see para 7 for NO FIX Graphics Cards). Currently, the fee is set at AED 100 for customers in the UAE and USD 40 for all customers from outside the UAE. If any changes in this fee it will be communicated to you at the time of accepting your card for repairs.
8.3 Repair Service Charge or Labor Fee: This fee is applicable if the graphics card is successfully fixed. This fee includes components like resistors, capacitors, diodes, and transistors. It does not include any BGA chips, ICs like MOSFETS, Controllers, Regulators, DRMOS, Microcontrollers, RAM Chips, GPU Core or any other component not mentioned in the included section. This fee ranges from AED 100 to AED 400 depending on the Model of your Card for customers in UAE and USD 40 up to 130 for all customers outside UAE.
8.4 Charges for Parts: All charges for parts will be mentioned in the quote. Charges for parts are not included in the Diagnostic Fee or the Repair Service Fee. These charges are as is and will depend on the part needing a replacement. These charges will appear in your quote/invoice.

9. LOGISTICS:
9.1 The customer is responsible for insuring the Graphics Card when sending for repair via a courier / postal service.
9.2 The customer will not held Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) responsible for any damages caused by the courier/post during transit/transportation.
9.3 Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) will insure the graphics card when sending it back to the customer via courier/post.
9.4 The cost of insurance and postage will have to be paid by the customer in advance before the graphics card is shipped back via courier/post.
9.5 Any form of taxes by any local government during shipping (For example VAT, Import Duties, etc.) will have to be paid by the customer.
9.6 All import duties / VAT paid when receiving your Graphics card will be billed to you and need to be paid before shipping back.
9.7 UAE charges 5% customs duties on all imports on the value of goods. (Any additional charges will be communicated)

10. WARRANTY ON REPAIRS
10.1 Any Graphics Cards repaired from Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) come with 90-day warranty.
10.2 For all repairs from Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) the warranty covers the repair work conducted on the card and the parts replaced. It does not cover the entire graphics card.
10.3 Any modification done to the card thereafter like installing shunt resistors to increase power draw will void the repair warranty.

11. WARRANTY ON SALES
11.1 All Graphics cards purchased from Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) come with 90 90-day warranty by default unless specified or offered under promotion.
11.2 The warranty covers the entire Graphics card for any defects that may impact the performance of the card.
11.3 The warranty provided by Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) does not cover any modifications done by the user or anyone else on behalf of the user after the graphics card is purchased.
11.4 The graphics card sold through Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) does not require any thermal paste or thermal pad replacement for the first 2 years.
11.4 The warranty will be void if the card is damaged due to incorrect handling like improper specs thermal pad replacement or parts knocked off during thermal pad replacement done by the user.
11.5 The warranty will be void if the graphics card is used for mining of any cryptocurrency.

12. SALES
12.1 All graphics cards sold through Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) are Refurbished and are NOT NEW.
12.2 The warranty provided on the Sale of all graphics cards sold through Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC) is not provided by the manufacturer but provided by Graphics Card Repairs (GPU Solutions FZ-LLC).
12.3 Other products like thermal pads, thermal paste, and other items are sold NEW and UNUSED.
